Security Working Group

The Security Working Group hopes to define a federal roadmap of security needs that can be leveraged by multiple agencies. Ideally an agreed upon Assessment & Authorization (A&A) will be put in place that will allow the sharing of resources in the certification process.

This should ultimately lead to identification of shared resource capabilities across government.

Mission Statement: To serve as the central group for identifying, aggregating, and disseminating security concerns, solutions, and processes that impact the implementation and adoption of commercially available Cloud Computing services across the Federal Government.

Key Deliverables:

• Common government A&A processes and procedures.
• Security Control aligned with FISMA risk categories.
